NCC Coordinating Circle MEETING MINUTES

3) Laurel's 1/8 Proposal Modified and PASSED (see attached)
4) Seeds of Compassion update (Barb and Doug)

We're working to connect with the organizers to make a space for
NVC workshop. We'll post updates to ITC/TC as details become clear!
5) Follow-up @ Jan 13 ITC/TC meeting..
Celebrations: people were well heard, compassionate, honest.
people from both circles showed up and listened
to each other,
connection, opportunity for our mission to come
alive, people felt relaxed
and comfortable in Kathleen's beautiful space
Mournings: sense of privlege @ TC "over" ITC that the TC doesn't
see. Not sure how needs for acceptance can be honored if it's not
consistent with our mission and our policies. Not sure if ITC felt
completely safe to be completely honest so not sure all the hurt
feelings are honored and healed. Sad to hear people told themselves
stories about other people that leads to disconnection, lack of trust,
anger. Some people who were involved did not show up.
