ACTION ITEM: BARB will research and buy NCC digital video camera NO PURCHASE YET
ACTION ITEM: DOUG IS AUTHORIZED TO USE UP TO $2000 TO GIVE TO MARITINA TO USE THE VIDEO FOOTAGE SHE TOOK AT FAMILY CAMP TO MAKE A FAMILY CAMP VIDEO FOR NCC. IF DOUG DOESN'T LIKE THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO, HE WILL PAY FOR IT.

6) Laurel's 1/8 Proposal: what's next?
ACTION ITEM: Moreah will take the Final Proposal back to ITC and get their approval.
ACTION ITEM: Barb will take the Final Propsal to the TC and get their approval.
7) Schedule a "How to join an NCC Circle meeting"?
ACTION ITEM: Moreah will check with ITC and see if anyone wants to put that info (@ ITC circe) on the FAQ page on the website. Barb and Doug will put up the "how to join the TC Circle" on the website.
8) G-mail vs. Groove (Barb)
ACTION ITEM: ALL CC members will subscibe to g-mail, so that we can begin experimenting with using their online services: ie: share document editing, BARB will send out Gmail invitation to Moreah (Patty is already subscribed)
ACTION ITEM: MOREAH will research having an NCC blog (including on Gmail)
9) NCC Financial update (Doug)
$23,000 in checking acct
$20,000 in CD
ACTION ITEM: MOREAH will contact Velocity Checking and check out their CD rates and other info requested by Doug (see Jan 2nd email), by February 13
10) Seeds of Compassion update (Barb & Doug)
Doug sent out an email to the ITC/TC, asking for proposals by February 7th.
Doug's role is to clarify what's possible, based on his connection w/ Seeds of Compassion organizers. If anyone has any questions, please contact Doug!
11) CNVC participation: GCC meetings (Barb)
Barb wants to make sure that ITC members are all aware of the monthly CNVC Global Coordinating Circle phone calls....a good way to connect and be inspired with what's happening in the global NVC world.
12) CC MINUTES AND AGENDA (BARB)
PROPOSAL: Get CC minutes posted to CC within 48 hours, and then posted to NCCConnection Yahoo Group and Website w/in 48 hours after that.
Post CC Agenda to NCCCOnnection Yahoo Group five days before meeting.
To be revisited in six months
ACTION ITEM: Everyone will use Google Documents to plan the Feb 19th meeting via a Google Document. We'll figure out how to do that!
13) Closing Round: Celebration, mourning, & feedback on our meeting
