Organizational Structure Proposal (Elana)

2. Communication: Elana will send draft of FC Structure to all volunteers
3. Meeting dates: (All Fridays)
• The core team meets via conference calls at the proposed dates:
3/7, 3/28, 4/18, 5/9, 5/30, 6/13, 6/27
these calls are held at 9.00 am and last 2 hours EXCEPT 3/7 CALL WILL BE AT 1:00 PM

Doug is encouraging people to use Google docs for coordination of activities, posting minutes etc.

Proposal: All food for staff and volunteers to be covered

ACTION: George will follow up the Microsoft matches. (and Rena's contribution?)
ACTION: George will send out an e-mail announcement inviting past participants.
ACTION: $$$ Task Group will meet on Feb. 13th to create budget. Send to CT with feedback by the 17th of Feb. $$$ Task Group to meet on the 20th. George to send out by the 24th.
ACTION: Doug and Barb to set work party dates by next CT meeting.
ACTION: Matthew and George will review e-mail to be sent out to past participants + those expressing interest in past + PSNCC e-mail list.
Elana is still collecting camp set up to do's from the CT:
Action: EVERYONE!!!! Please email Elana by March 1st any ideas of what needs to be done to set up the camp, grounds etc AND other ideas as how we can run the camp smoothly
