  • Author  of "Compassionate Underwear Bear", a children's coloring book.  Compassionate Underwear Bear (CUB) guides two children lost in the woods to discover that blaming and complaining keep them lost - and sharing and caring help them find their way home.

We'll specifically learn/practice tips/tricks to increase your ACCESS to your tools when you most want them available, and it seems most challenging to remember them. Those who want to find ways that create peace of mind and self acceptance when hearing their own "inner jackals".

Practice Groups


VASHON ISLAND / 98070: NVC Practice/Empathy Circle: Participants co-create our experience. Role plays, empathy dyads, small groups, games, exercises...We share our time for inclusion/care for all. We meet indoors  in inclement weather and outside when weather is agreeable for us.
Facilitated by Mair Alight, Empathy Specialist & Certified Trainer/Mediator. Mair learned directly from Marshall Rosenberg (developer of NVC) and has been learning, teaching and practicing since 2000.   $20/session
