How would your life improve if you could stay openhearted through challenge? If you could process difficult experiences with self-compassion, instead of shaming or blaming yourself? If you could meet yourself and others with dignity and respect, instead of judgment and blame? If you could speak your truth with love, and invite the same from others?

These things aren’t simple, but they don’t have to be so hard. Compassionate Communication offers phenomenal tools that instantly upgrade the way we think, speak, and relate to one another. Get ready to experience more connection, joy, satisfaction and authenticity in your relationships and life!

In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore the key principles of Compassionate Communication together. We’ll look at how to overcome some of the obstacles that tend to get in the way of healthy communication, and practice several simple tools that will radically shift the quality of your interactions with yourself and others.
