You are pregnant (or planning to be) - you step into a new experience, a world you are excited about. This is the time to start connecting to the dreams that you have as a parent, how you envision your family life, how you envision to talk to each other, to learn how to express yourself honestly and with compassion, to learn to become the parent that you would like to be. This is the time to make your dream a reality.

Start training yourself now with compassionate communication skills, learn how to self-connect, share your truth, listen to others. Communicate your love to your baby, guessing what it might be going through, sharing what you are experiencing and foremost practice, practice, practice.

We will work very experientially in this class. Looking into your own childhood communications, filter what kind of communication you like to have with baby. We will be role-playing, connecting with baby through visualizations and meditations, writing letters, etc...

Based on the universal human needs consciousness we will cover in this class:

Self-awareness and Self-connection:

Points

Bring awareness to your communication style and what you are saying even now to baby.
Learning to self-connect, what it is that you are needing in life and guessing what baby needs: eg: you have this report due at work and your body screams for rest: what impact that might have on baby.
Connecting with your childhood and seeing how it influences your dreams, hopes and communication.
Addressing your concrete concerns as how to deal with all what is going to come at you … the joy, the pain and everything in between.
Communicating with Baby, yourself and your co-parent:
How your communication style is affecting your connection with baby, now in utero and later on.
Going through practical examples how you would respond to certain situations: eg: crying baby.
Guessing what baby is experiencing and going through
Clarifying your hopes and dreams for you and your new family member.
Create a map how to implement your intentions for yourself as a parent, your child, your co-parent and your partner.
How to deal with family and friends, especially when their ideas of delivering a baby and parenting are different from yours.

expecting parents and those who are contemplating about bringing a child into the world. Mothers, fathers and grand parents who are committed and invested to nurture, love and care for their new arrival – and to find ways in how you can do that together in harmony and joy.

Make the deposit of $65 today, the 2nd investment due on first day of class, and 3rd investment due at middle point of class.

If you wish to register more than one person please complete a separate registration for each person. You may make one payment under one person's name for all the people that you register. When you register the additional people covered by the initial payment, enter $0.00 as the payment amount for each of those people. Please put your name in the "comment field" when you register each of those other people so we will know who paid for them.
