NVC has often been referenced as a language of compassion/love.
It seems fitting to offer a class on compassionate communication on a day that embraces love!
We will engage in some fun interactive activities using Marshall Rosenberg's NVC to express our desires regarding love, whether around family, friends, partners, or potential partners.
It's ALWAYS helpful to practice choosing our words carefully and with intention!
Of course the most important person to connect with (love) is "You!"

Points

We will discuss the nature of relationships and the importance of self responsibility/connection and what that looks like.
Let's connect!!!
There will be an opportunity to create an NVC practice group for interested folks.

Who is it for?

Anyone desiring closer connection with others rather than being isolated and alone on what can be a difficult day anyway, but especially now given the current climate.
Those desiring self connection during this difficult time of isolation in many ways.
